		<description>&lt;p&gt;Thank you for the honest feedback. And you are right about the possibility of automating routing transactions. We actually do handle trip planning through our current IVR. The problem is that what people expect and what we are able to afford are not in alignment. Our goal is to continuly look to find ways to improve our IVR in terms of features, reliability, and ease of use. But of late, we have been sliding backwards and are trying to figure out how to change the direction of our momentum. I am always interested in better solutions.&lt;/p&gt;
