You’ll see part of Deer Island at the top. Start at the bottom strip of the large pier near Deer Island. The next major street going down the photo (east on a compass) is Bellman Street. There is a large, squarish building with a white roof about 2 blocks in from the beach on Bellman.

Go down the photo again to the next major street. This is Lee. There is a curvy E-shaped building about 1 block north of Lee. That’s a school. About three streets down from Lee is Holly.
